The farm, bought by "grandfather" Aldo in 1959, noted by the owner Anna Maria Conti, originally geared entirely to agricultural activity for their own consumption, he later developed for the direct sale of products. The production is typical of the Lazio countryside: vegetables, fruits, olive oil and wine, with breeding of pigeons, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pheasants and guinea fowl, for more than 300 animals, is followed quite naturally, according to the best traditions, guaranteed dall'autoconsumo.

Tomato sauce, sauces, preserves, marmalades and jams, are the natural production of the farm, initially intended to relatives, friends and the occasion of the fifty years of the company, available to the public.
